At VishaalMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.
2Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or payment receipt) is required.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
3Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events.
- Customised or personalised orders.
- Items returned after the 7-day window has closed.
4How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm return eligibility.
- Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Keep your return shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
5Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- If the original payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as a bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund has been processed.
6Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges on jewellery products subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the product and location.
