1Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a WhatsApp/email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all orders across India.
- COD orders may take an additional 1 business day for verification before dispatch.
- A small COD handling charge of ₹30 may apply on orders below ₹499.
- Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery.
- COD is not available for international shipments.
3Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
- You can track your order in real time through the carrier's website.
- You can also track your order on our website under My Account > Orders.

4Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted Indian logistics providers including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and local Jaipur courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the most efficient route.
5Packaging
All jewellery orders are packed in protective pouches or boxes to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and securely sealed. We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
6Undeliverable Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the carrier will attempt delivery again.
- After 2–3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Always ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
7Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted it, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at +91 80587 06992. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8International Shipping
Currently, VishaalMart ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network — stay tuned for updates!
